AMERICAN EXPRESS
American Express and Best Buy collaborated on a service called “pick up from store “which allowed members to utilize their earned points to purchase products from Best Buy stores and picking them up in all of its stores nationwide. This project started in 2011 in which American Express did not have a mobile website.
This resulted in providing American Express members to utilize their mobile devices and pick up their products at any Best Buy stores. The design was predetermined upon American Express’s legacy-branding guidelines while at the same time integrating a whole new feature within it. The mobile website combined both American Express’s branding and bootstrap. Again, this was created in 2011.
